Holiday Inn & Suites Chattanooga Downtown by IHG

Location was perfect for taking in all of downtown especially the aquarium and all the local cuisine. The front lobby staff was incredible! They always greeted us, asked our plans, and always offered places to try if we had questions. Absolutely loved our experience here.

My friends and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Suites and Inn Chattanooga Downtown for a girls' trip, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and our request for an ADA room with a bath chair was fulfilled promptly. The hotel’s location was very convenient, and we frequently used the free shuttle located just around the corner. Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping, restaurant, and valet—was friendly and helpful. I especially want to recognize Trace from the valet team. We learned it was his first week on the job, yet his service was exemplary. He assisted us with our luggage, provided great local recommendations for dining and activities, and was consistently friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

UPDATE: I Returned for the 7th time this week, after a couple of months and was beyond shocked at how many employees remembered my name. Members of Front desk, valet and even the bar each welcomed me back by name! That just lets me know I’m not just another guest, they value building retention and I’m here for it!! 5/5 Stars continue to be my rating for this hotel!! This was my 6th time staying at the hotel and each time the customer svc is better! I travel mostly for business so convenience and safety are key for me. My room is always clean and smells good. The elevators always work. Valet is fast and efficient. This trip 2 specific things stood out; a large bus checked in so the elevator line was long. Aaron at front desk was kind enough to take me to the staff elevator, which was so great as I was ready to get to my room and relax! The other instance was with valet. They were so fast and helpful. Even loaded all my luggage when I checked out. I appreciate the amazing CS I continue to receive which is why I’ll be returning next week for another great stay!

Stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites Chattanooga Downtown and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and in a perfect location for exploring downtown Chattanooga with a family. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable, which made the stay easy and stress-free. What truly set this visit apart, though, was the valet service—specifically Jackson. He was absolutely top-tier. From the moment we arrived, Jackson was professional, fast, and personable. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and made the whole arrival and departure process seamless. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows.
